Zimbabweans have come out to praise the the police after they arrested seventeen people for taking pictures and videos with their smartphones at a road traffic accident scene.
The seventeen individuals were arrested today while filming a road accident that occurred in Harare CBD.
Commuter Omnibus Collides with Truck in Harare CBD
According to H-Metro, the accident happened when a commuter omnibus was hit by a truck after failing to observe a traffic light at the intersection of Robert Mugabe and Second Street.
The kombi driver was manhandled after disappearing from the scene.
Details about the incident are still not readily available.
